Greene Realty Group strongly believes in ongoing education of our team to keep up with management trends and California legislation. Each of our portfolio managers is a member of and certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) in the management of condominium associations and a member of and certified by the California Apartment Association (CAA) as a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) in the management of apartment buildings. Each certification ensures our commitment to our industry, ongoing education and providing our clients with current information.

What expertise can you expect from a manager who has received his/her CCAM or CCRM designation?
  • Provide administrative, operational and managerial counsel to association boards, residents and property owners;
  • Develop property budgets and financial reports;
  • Direct the enforcement of community association CC&Rs and property house rules;
  • Assist association boards and property owners in the selection of contractors and insurance providers;
  • Oversee and authorize payment to service providers;
  • Direct and coordinate property personnel;
  • Identify and resolve property-related liabilities;
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with association boards, residents and property owners;
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of CA Civil Codes, Corporation
  • Codes, Fire Codes, Building Codes and Tenant/Landlord laws
Certified managers must demonstrate knowledge of key skills, follow the CACM and CAA Standards of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics and take continuing education courses each year to remain certified.
