Message from Our Founder

With more than 28 years of experience in the real estate management industry and, having worked for high profile management companies while witnessing the unnecessary waste of natural resources and severe lack of personalized customer service, it became clear to me it was time to utilize the experience and knowledge I had gained to develop an innovative real estate management company that would not only offer a fun work environment but also one that encourages and rewards hard work and creativity.

After much thought and consideration, my vision for the type of company I would create became clear – I would create a company that would not only become a leader and role model in the property management industry but a business that would focus on customer service and take advantage of one of my many passions, technology, while remaining mindful of our ever-changing environment by significantly reducing my carbon footprint. It was at that point, I knew paperless would be the path I would choose and web-based, digital technology would be one of the tools I would utilize to fulfill my vision. Hence, our company’s slogan was born, “utilizing green technology to fuel our business™.”

With the use of web-based digital technology, Greene Realty Group is able to offer our clients, residents and the companies we do business with user-friendly, convenient services that are not only eco-friendly but also cost-effective, thereby, saving our clients, our company and the companies we do business with the unnecessary use and expense of paper products, postage and time.

Each Greene Realty Group team member is provided with the tools needed to access our web-based property management solutions from anywhere and at any time. These tools enable our team members to receive information in real time and provide our clients, residents and partnering companies with on-the-spot building and financial related information from any internet enabled device, including property-related digital documents, accounts receivables/payables, budgets, and maintenance requests, thereby, assisting in our commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
