Greene Realty Group makes it easy for our California residents to pay their monthly fees, apply for a rental property and even submit repair and maintenance requests online.

If you don’t have a login, please click “Sign up” below the login form and follow the prompts. Your login information will be emailed to you. Please use the email account we have on file for your account and the rental property address. Please contact our office for further questions.

The easiest and most preferred way to pay your monthly fee is by an ACH withdrawal from your checking account. All bank account and personal information is kept confidential by our Automated Clearing House – Greene Realty Group does not have access to the information. You may also pay by check, money order, or cashiers check.

Submitting your maintenance requests has never been easier! Use our online form to submit requests and we will get back to you within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. Requests received during the weekend will be processed the following week.
